A Business Development Officer will ensure the following:
- Proper introduction or selling of the company’s products
and packages
- Advertising, Communications and Promotions
- Public Relations and Customer Service
- Market Research, Product Development and Pricing
- Developing the marketing strategy and plan
- Managing budgets
- Making customer-focused decisions
- Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance.
- Managing the customer journey (customer relationship
management)
- Ensuring timely delivery
- Develop plans for personal selling and sales management
- Sales Management and Distribution
- Understanding current and potential customers
- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
