We are an Environmental and Safety Management Consulting Company with a world class laboratory that offers analytical and public analyst services to both industries and Government agencies.


As a result of organizational adjustment our client now needs to engage competent, experienced individuals for the positions indicated below:


ACCOUNTANT


DUTIES

Prepare, examine, analyze company accounting records, financial statements

Report to management regarding the finances of the company

Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs,

Advice management about issues such as resources utilization, tax strategies and the assumption underlying budget forecasts.

Reports on debtors and creditors

Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing weekly wages petty cash.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

B.Sc/HND Accounting.

Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

Possession of ICAN/ACCA.


Must Have Skills:

Analytical/logical reasoning ability

Team work

Oral and written communication

IT Compliant

Report Writing


HSE MANAGER


DUTIES

Develop & maintain the company Quality Heath, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System.

Provide evidence and support the QA process from pre-qualification and tender request to project and operational QHSE plans

Support the project department & laboratory department. www.nigerianbestforum.com

Develop and implement QHSE management systems processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001 ISO 1401 and OHSAS 18001

Participate in tender and project teams


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Relevant Degree in science or Engineering

Minimum of 3 years industry working experience.


Must Have Skills:

Audit training (OHSAS 18001)

Safely training qualification eg. NISP, NEBOSH

Good customer relation skill

Oral & written communication

Report Writing


CHEMIST/LAB MANAGER


DUTIES

Knowledge of a range of software techniques and equipment to carry out research and analysis.

Analyse and interpret data, ensure that data is accurately recorded in accordance with international best practice and guidelines interpret correctly/report/present results.

Write research papers, report, reviews and summaries.

Keep up to date with scientific and technical developments

Ensure that health and safety policies/standards are complied with.

Prepare product license documentation.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and research/scientific staff.

Develop new analytical methods.

Prepare the laboratory for ISO certification


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

MSc Degree in Analytical / Environmental Chemistry.

Minimum of 5 years industry working experience.

PhD degree will be an advantage.
