The Role
- To understand the products and services, and to communicate
them effectively
- Develop, establish and maintain market strategies to meet
organisational objectives.
- To improve product marketability and profitability by
researching, identifying and capitalising on market
opportunities, and refine and improve product packaging, and to
implement the best market-penetrating strategy
- Protects organisation’s value by keeping information
confidential.
- To develop field sales action plans and meet monthly
targets.
- Assist, build and maintain effective client relationship.
- Generate sales lead and close sales within a short period.
- To work with the marketing team to ensure that all
marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are all aligned with
the sales strategy.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic
visits, telephone calls exploring specific needs, and
anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analysing and
summarising data and trends.
Requirements
- A first degree from a recognised University with 3-5 years
post NYSC experience.
- A proven track record of business development and sales
experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Internet savvy.
- Real estate experience of at least 2 years will be an added
advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
- A self starter, with the ability to work with little or no
supervision.
- Good project and time management skills.
Remuneration
A good basic salary + commission.
