We are recruiting to fill the position of:



Job Title: Markerter / Sales



Location: Lagos



Job Description


  • Responsible for the development and performance of all

    sales activities in assigned market.

  • Work with sales team towards the achievement of maximum

    profitability and growth in line with company vision and

    values.

  • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer

    base in the marketing area.

Key Accountabilities


  • Sales and marketing of eCommerce retail portal

  • Support the sales team in the business development activity

    for product market segment(s).

  • Client account management.

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to

    penetrate new markets.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing

    plans as needed.

  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving

    the sales targets.

  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding

    performance.

  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all

    completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and

    approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business

    ethics codes

  • Map out potential customers and generate leads for the

    organization.

  • Generate new opportunities for the organization.

  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and

    activity reports submitted by Account Executives.

  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP

    responses.

  • Expand the business portfolio by adding complimentary

    products / principals.

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market

    that ensures attainment of company sales goals and

    profitability.

  • Responsible for the performance and development of the

    Account Executives.

  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for

    effective search of sales leads and prospects.

  • Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and

    presentations.

Critical Skills and Requirements


  • Must be holding Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline

    preferable Social Science or Marketing.

  • Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the region

  • Good IT Skills excellence in Excel, Word and overall good

    IT skills.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Skills.

  • Must be holding at least 5+ years of relevant experience

    marketing.

  • A highly motivated and organized individual.
