Job Title: Independent Business Consultant



Locations: Lagos and Ibadan



Job Summary


  • Candidate must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented and

    resilient individual with a strong interpersonal relationship

    skill.

  • The individual is to generate business leads for the Firm

    and follow through to closing deals.

  • The job is commission based payable at the receipt of

    revenue generated from personally sourced clients. However a

    minimum stipend will be offered monthly to cover basic

    expenses.

Responsibilities


  • Identify the Firm’s target market, generating leads,

    converting to sales

  • Agree sales, prices, contracts and payments with clients as

    directed by the Firm

  • Adequately informed about industry standards, also having

    an in-depth knowledge about the Firm’s operational dynamics.

  • Meeting sales targets and reporting sales trends to the

    Firm

  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities

    associated with role

  • Ensure up to date reports about activities are forwarded to

    the appropriate head of team.

Competencies and Skills


  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Good communication and ‘people skills’

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products

    and markets

  • Good business sense and professionalism

  • Proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • HND/B.SC in any field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the

    Banking or Insurance Industry.

  • Candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.


Job Title: Team Lead-Human Capital Advisory

    Advisory Services unit.

  • This unit handles Organizational Design and Development

    and, Compensation & Benefits for our select clients.

  • Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct,

    coordinate HR management activities of the organization.

  • Candidate must have the ability to multitask and

    simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or

    any related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

  • Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.

  • Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation

    skills.

  • Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal

  • CIPM Certification is an added advantage.


Job Title: Senior Associate (Tax Services)

  • The candidate must have the ability to multitask and

    simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

Responsibilities


  • Manages projects by planning the tax process and the

    procedures to be performed with quality.

  • Answers, prepares, questions and coordinates engagement

    from onset by communicating expectations and procedures with

    ‘preparers’.

  • Conducts detailed reviews on all returns and appropriate

    review notes for ‘preparers’.

  • Raises potential tax issues.

  • Meets internal deadlines to match the client expectations

    for timely delivery of service.

  • Identifies book-to-tax differences.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum of HND upper credit in any related discipline.

  • ACA and/or ACTI is compulsory.

  • Minimum of 5 years in tax practice firm is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Job Title: Coordinator, Brand and Business

Development

Job Description


We are looking for a candidate for our Brand and Business

Development Unit. This unit’s major function is to project the

brand of the firm through social networks, business journals,

market research and knowledge communication, external speaking

engagements and coordination of business development activities.



Successful candidate must be able to deliver on this critical

Key Performance Index (KPI):


  • Increase the firm’s followership on the chosen social

    network platforms.

  • Research, Develop and Deploy special newsletters on an

    emerging issue per month.

  • Generate a pipeline of strong potential clients with at

    least one successful conversion per month.

  • Ensure external presentations or TV/Radio panelist

    involvement per month by any or some of the firm’s leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or

    any related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Brand and

    Business Development.

  • Grounded in the area of Market Research and Knowledge

    Communication.

  • Demonstrates exceptional Social Media Communication skills.

Job Title: Experience Auditor

  • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)

    Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related

    field.

  • Minimum of 5 years audit experience in a well-structured

    organization.

  • Professional qualification must be ACCA, ACA (Or at final

    level of exams).

  • Direct experience in accounting software like SAP,

    QuickBooks or SAGE is an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership personality and communications skills

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or

    any related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

  • He/She will be expected to directly lead small and medium

    sized accounting engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)

    Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related

    field.

  • Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting and management

    reporting in a well-structured organization.

  • Professional qualification is a must.

  • Direct experience in accounting software like SAP,

    QuickBooks or SAGE is an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership personality and communications skills.
