Principal Investments Associate—Real
Estate

Work with company management to define an appropriate
real estate strategy in line with prevailing trends in the
sector towards achieving desired corporate objectives
Actively seek real estate investment targets, and other
potential opportunities in the sector towards executing
agreed upon strategy
Drive the end-to-end appraisal of all potential real
estate transactions, working with all parties as required
(internal and external), to ensure alignment with investment
objectives and to secure management and Board buy-in and
approval as needed
Serve as primary custodian, working with all necessary
parties (internal and external) to lead the end-to-end
implementation of all real estate projects & initiatives
under his/her control (asset appraisal, due diligence, legal

Qualifications
