Job Title: Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales
goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Maintain inventory control
- Conduct market research, competitors and customer analysis
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive
decision makers in key accounts
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform
properly and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the
sales team
- Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide
feedback
- Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity
- Formulate sales policies and procedures and prepare and
monitor budgets while controlling expenses
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Business Management,
Advertising or Business Studies
- Applicants must have 3-5 years’ experience in sales
management with proven track record.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and
knowledge of market research
