We are recruiting to fill the position of:



Job Title: Sales Representative



 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales

    goals and revenues

  • Set individual sales targets with sales team

  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople

    and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team

  • Maintain inventory control

  • Conduct market research, competitors and customer analysis

  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities

  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive

    decision makers in key accounts

  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform

    properly and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the

    sales team

  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide

    feedback

  • Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity

  • Formulate sales policies and procedures and prepare and

    monitor budgets while controlling expenses

Qualifications/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Business Management,

    Advertising or Business Studies

  • Applicants must have 3-5 years’ experience in sales

    management with proven track record.

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and

    knowledge of market research
