Position: Marketing Manager



Job Summary

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all

of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing

communications, and public relations activities, both external

and internal. Oversees development and implementation of

support materials and services for chapters in the area of

marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the

efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations

staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with

the other functions of the Organization.


Primary Relationships

The position reports to the Managing Director and serves as a

member of the senior management team.

Marketing, communications and public

relations

1. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the

success of:

a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations

program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position

within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate

internal and external communications; and, all Organization

marketing, communications and public relations activities and

materials including publications, media relations, client

acquisition and so forth.

2. Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and

position, assure consistent communication of image and position

throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image

and position to all constituencies, both internal and

external.

3. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and

distribution of all Organization publications.

4. Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure

regular contact with target media and appropriate response to

media requests.

5. Act as the Organization’s representative with the media.

6. Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and

electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo,

brochures, etc.

7. Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical

assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the

marketing, communications and positioning of their

activities.

8. Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications and

public relations.

9. Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant

market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.

Monitor trends.

10. Leads projects as assigned, such as product-related

marketing and special events.



Planning and budgeting

1. Responsible for the achievement of

marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and

financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in

place related to these goals and objectives and report progress

to the Managing Director and Board.

2. Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the

marketing/communications/public relations program and its

activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate

performance.

3. Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and

objectives to the Executive Director.

4. Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures

necessary to the smooth operation of the

marketing/communications/public relations function.

5. Planning for new launches: Develop a launch plan for each

region within and outside Nigeria



Organizational strategy

1. Work with senior staff to develop and maintain a strategic

perspective — based on marketplace and constituent needs and

satisfaction — in organizational direction, program and

services, and decision-making; and, ensure the overall

visibility of the Organization.

2. Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission

and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the

organization.

3. Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the

Organization’s key Constituencies regarding the quality of

programs and services and the Organization’s relevance.

4. Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the

integrity of the Organization.



Qualifications


Required:

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design

and execution of marketing,communications and public

relations activities

• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational

and personal sales skills.

• Experience developing and managing budgets, and

hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising

personnel.

• Demonstrated successful experience writing press

releases, making presentations and negotiating with

media.

• Must have experience working in Nigeria

• Experience overseeing the design and production of

print materials and publications.

• Computer literacy in word processing, data base

management and page layout.

• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in

cross-functional teams.

• Strong oral and written communications skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

• Minimum of 7- 10 years experience in

marketing, communications or public relations with

demonstrated success

• Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, public

relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is

desirable.

• Experience working in Digital Marketing will be an

added advantage




Position: Digital Marketing Team

Lead



•Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database,

email, social media and display advertising campaigns

•Design, build and maintain our social media presence

•Measure and report performance of all digital marketing

campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

•Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and

performance based on the insights

•Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

•Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion

tests

•Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and

optimize user experience

•Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end

customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch

points

•Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

•Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

•Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and

perspective for adoption where appropriate



Requirements

•Bachelors Degree in marketing or a related field

•5-7 years of experience in digital marketing is mandatory

•Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM,

marketing database, email, social media and/or display

advertising campaigns

•Highly creative with experience in identifying target

audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform

and motivate

•Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

•Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google

Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

•Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

•Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords

campaigns

•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and

constraints

•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

•Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online

marketing and measurement

• Setting up PPC campaigns, Google In-mail campaigns,

doubleclick and reporting on performance

• Honest and ethical; team player with strong

interpersonal and organizational skills

Position: SEO Specialist​



• Managing SEO/SEM (PPC) advertising campaigns

• Monitoring and generating Web Analytics and Webmasters

reports

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing

campaigns

• Identifying, analyzing and implementing ideas to improve

online customer experience and conversion rates through

iterative, in-depth A/B and Multivariate testing

• Determine overall hierarchy of information based on end

user needs (UX/IA optimization)

• Performing keyword research in coordination with client

business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover

new opportunities as directed by the Head of Digital

Marketing

• Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in coordinating

elements and structure of websites and web pages

• Providing recommendations and execute strategies for

content development in coordination with SEO goals

• Performing weekly report on campaigns performance



QUALIFICATION:

• 5-7 years of experience working as an SEO Analyst or

Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree – required

• Written and verbal fluency in English

• Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Results oriented, attention to detail; strategic

thinker

• Honest and ethical; team player with strong

interpersonal and organizational skills

Position: Security Manager



• Maintain an appropriate record of

access control activities/resources

• Coordinate activities to ensure that all security

procedures for the protection of company personnel/visitors and

company assets, information, property and business operations

activities.

• Supervise the flow of information on radio and telephone

network and implement appropriate action.

• Manage all emergency responses.

• Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with

AR team and Nigerian Police).

• Guard track analysis of clocking pipes.

• Ensure that control room staff and process provide the

security department with the highest standard of 24/7

coordination.

• Act as a radio operator and control room operator

• Managing and beefing up guard strength.

• Monitoring CCTV from the Control Room

•  Surveillance of security breaches within the

building.

• Preparing and taking incidence report.

• Security and safety management.

• Fleet management and asset tracking using Geotab and

Teltonika software.

• Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with

AR team and Nigerian Police).
