Job Title: Sales Manager – Smartphones
Job Location: Abuja, Lagos
Position Description
- Responsible for Driving Market Share within defined
territory
- Accountable for distributor sell in and sell thru
management
- Driving end consumer promotions, retail visibility and
Wholesale management
- Field Force management
- Annual Sell in revenue and Market Share
- Field force productivity as per defined guidelines
- Distributor reach and coverage with product availability
- Retail Execution as per defined regional guidelines
Position Requirements
- Clear understanding of the IR channel and dynamics
- Strong portfolio understanding and competition landscape.
- Exceptional retail execution understanding with eye for
details
- Strong relationship skills
- 5-7 years of smartphone sales experience in the region
- English plus regional language.
- Managed both distributor and retailers from end to end
business management perspective
- Graduate across any discipline
