REQUIREMENTS
ª First degree in Sciences/Medical/Behavioural/Social Science or its equivalent in a relevant discipline
ª Not less than 3 years experience in implementing monitoring and evaluation of health and related programs
ª Must have considerable expertise in mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) M&E and research
ª Intermediate knowledge of SPSS or STATA or Epi Info/CS Pro
ª Knowledge of DHIS, MS-Access or other compatible database software will be an advantage
ª Experience with conducting monitoring visits utilizing software and other tools including ability to develop M&E tools as needed and experience with government partners will be important to this position
