Trade Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
To translate market commercial objectives into effective trade channel strategies and manage others to deliver results against agreed plans.Key Acountabilities
Operationalise the agreed Trade Marketing Strategy into annual and quarterly channel plansDefine the metrics and targets against which success will be determined for individual channelsLead, motivate and develop direct reports to perform effectivelyProvide input regarding channel performance, gaps and opportunitiesAssist in the development of a commercially integrated Trade Marketing StrategyProvide the tools to support the plan in terms of activity development, planning and communicationPerformance Criteria:

Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of at least 6 - 8 years the marketing mix for FMCG, gained through a relevant commercial degree or equivalent experience.Practical experience managing a single trade marketing channel through multiple business cycles.Practical experience in another commercial pathway (either in sales, trade marketing or insights) is advantageous.Method of Application
