Job Responsibilities
Strategy & LeadershipProvide direction, develop strategies, manage cost and resources, plans and budgets for the human resources and administration functionsServe as subject matter expert and provide strategic insight on human resources and administration matters to support management decision makingKeep abreast of changes in the operating environment; ascertain implications for the business and advice management accordinglyDevelop and implement enabling human resources and administration policies and procedures across the organizationBuild and nurture strategic relationships and undertake cross-functional collaboration to enhance departmental effectivenessReview, adjust and improve HR processes, procedures & policies to ensure adequacy and reliabilityProvide leadership support for the department; facilitate development; manage performance; coach and mentor the team for high performanceDefine departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track and monitor KPIs, and deploy appropriate interventions as required
Human Resource Administration
Develop and implement supportive and efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance business operationsIdentify related risks; develop and deploy mitigating strategiesLead negotiation of related service contracts; manage vendor relationships as well as other third party service providersCommunicate, monitor and ensure compliance with human resources, administrative and office practices and policies, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulationsSupervise all administrative functions to ensure compliance to Company policy and regulations while enhancing efficiency and accuracyProvide periodic reports to management on administrative activities that will serve as input to strategic decision making
Human Resource Management
Drive the implementation of best-fit and effective practices across various human resource management areas including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, career management, learning and development, employee relations
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related disciplineRelevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification would be an added advantageMinimum of 10 years professional experience including HR generalist and administration experienceMinimum of 4 years supervisory experience
