Job description Business Integrity Supervisor
Support the Business Integrity manager, in ensuring that CLIENT remains compliant with all relevant regulations, policies and proceduresEncourage a positive compliant culture within the business through effective communications (verbal & written) with staffs and other stakeholdersWork closely with various business units to establish a minimum standard of operations and ensure CLIENT’s Policy and Best Practice are applied consistently and robustly across the businessUndertake compliance monitoring activities (planning, testing, report writing, action planning and record-keeping)Highlight issues and concerns for the attention of the Business Integrity manager, as they arise and assist in challenging issues and planning appropriate responseProvide support, advice and guidance to all employees on CLIENT’s policies and procedures, and overseeing an enquiring lines functions particularly the Whistleblowing email and telephone linesHave a detail knowledge of all CLIENT’s policies and proceduresMaintaining awareness of current and future compliance and ethical issues, monitoring procedures and provide analysis and recommendations based on these developmentsMaintain a secured data base for information and confidential data management systemTo provide timely, concise & accurate reporting on all aspects of the role at all level.Maintaining awareness of compliance and ethical issues across the companyDealing with the enquiries resulting from the implementation of the Whistleblowing policy, including ensuring confidentiality and anonymity as may be required.Requirements Business Integrity Supervisor
Degree or equivalent qualificationStrong experience of working in a Compliance and Ethical environment of not less than eight (8) yearsEvidence of high personal integrity and adherence to ethical values.Operating with high Integrity – Acts with professionalism and integrity at all times, demonstrating a fully responsive and co-operative manner in order to deliver the highest level of internal and external service Ability to work with minimal supervisionTeam player, flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt to changing demands and conditions Personal motivation – commits self to work hard toward goals and show enthusiasmExcellent analytical, interpretation, influencing and effective communication skills; ability to communicate and network effectively and influence colleagues and external parties.Terms & Conditions Business Integrity Supervisor
