ATS Solutions Limited - Our client is an oil and gas EPC consulting company with locations in ABUJA and WARRI looking to recruit Piping & Layout Engineer (PLER) on a PART-TIME basis to guide and train its young Engineers in various fields of Design.

Job Description

Applicant must be currently engaged with industry related company as this is a PART-TIME (Weekends) job which won't require you quitting current job.

Scope:

Experience in working independently as a Process Engineer but functionally the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of Process Engineering activities mainly instructing and guiding young Process Engineers in the Oil and Gas industry.

Role and Responsibilities

Ability in preparing process design deliverables, such as:Process SimulationsProcess Flow Diagrams (PFD's) and Heat & Material BalancesPiping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's) Line & Equipment Sizing Calculations pipelines, pipes and vesselsProcess Duty Specifications for Instrument & Equipment Data Sheets Process Studies and Recommendations of Path ForwardSupervising and providing technical guidance to fresh and more junior Process Engineers assigned to him and reviewing their work for technical accuracy and adequacyUnderstands and interpret conceptual and FEEDCapable of running simulation with HYSIS softwareCapable of checking of drawings/sketches for accuracy and completenessAble to develop equipment data sheet; review vendor drawings

Requirements Process Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.Proficient in HYSYS simulation software.Working knowledge of regulatory standards.Possess communication skills to be able to successful communicate effectively with junior EngineerMust be currently engaged with industry related company as this is a PART-TIME job which won't require quitting existing jobThis position is only open to applicants currently working in ABUJA or WARRI.
