MANAGING DIRECTOR / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for driving company’s growth, ensuring the achievements of revenue and profit objectives of the organization and providing leadership for enterprise

REQUIREMENTS

First degree in Economics or its equivalent in any discipline. An MBA from a reputable university will be an advantageA chartered member of Institute of Stock Brokers NigeriaNot less than 12 years experience, eight of which should be in a top management position in a stock broking companyStrong capital market and stock broking skills with proven business development capabilitiesAbility to generate ideas and concepts to improve business performanceHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsEvidence and demonstrable success in a leadership of change within an organization
