To effectively contribute to limiting the banks exposure to Credit Risk.To ensure continuose control on the quality of loan files and documents.To ensure that the credit policy, process and methodology of La Fayette MFB are strictly followed.Essential Requirements
Degree, Higher National Diploma (preferably in Sciences or engineering)At least 1year experience working in a financial instutution in a similar.Pratical knowledge of operations in a banking sector.Very strong analytical skills and inquisitive mind.Good relationship and communication skills, strong team spiritReal motivation to work and grow in a challenging environment.
