To gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients needs.To prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources.To visit, service and build relations to clients (TA, CLP, Govt etc) to maintain loyalty and optimize revenue.To achieve set sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline.To prepare, close sales contracts and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue.To promote KQ products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue.To gather market intelligence to identity threats and opportunities so as to maintain a competitive edge arid generate sales.To prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring.

Job Title: Sales and Ticketing Supervisor

To lead, guide and support sates and ticketing team to ensure quality service to clients.To validate and reconcile daily sales returns to account for bot monies collected and documentsHandle and effect ticket endorsements to enhance customer relations and satisfactionTo handle customer complaints (denied boarding, baggage etc) to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionTo prepare and administer the shift/leave roster for optimal utilization of staff and resourcesTo uphold safety and security standards for the office to safeguard company resources.

Job Title: Station Manager

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

As Accountable Manager, ensure the continuous implementation of tire station management system and maintain at all times safety and security in the station.
