The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Vacancy in Abuja for a Local Security Associate



The ideal candidate should:
  • Be a Nigerian National, (Male or Female)

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in

    Public Administration, Political Science Administration or in

    a  related field and an applicable security and military

    training.

  • Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in

    security management preferably in military or police context or

    in a related field of work.  Experience in a United

    Nations/international related environment will be an asset.

  • Be able to demonstrate/safeguard the ethics and integrity

    of UNFPA.

  • Have the ability to establish good relations and influence

    with national security organizations is highly desirable.

  • Be Fluent in oral and written English;

  • Be proficient in current MS Office software applications

    and other accounting package is essential.
