Job Title: Field Sales Executive



Job Level: Managerial

Department: Marketing
Location: Onikan, Lagos State

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Type: Full Time



Job Description

It includes but is not limited to the following: 


  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects

    and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and

    analyzing sales options.

  • Create strategies to take advantage of market

    opportunities.

  • To build a connection between the current market and the

    future market with his company.

  • To assist the management in taking the appropriate

    decisions in the discussions in the forthcoming products and on

    the special promotions.

  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

  • Formulate business proposals according to customers’

    business needs

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by

    remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and

    competitors.

  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing

    relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Qualification


  • HND/B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.

  • Experience: at least 3-5 years’ sales experience

  • Age Range: 25-35years

Job Title: Assistant Logistics Officer



Job Level: Non Managerial

Department: Logistics Department

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Type: Full Time



Job Description

It includes but is not limited to the following:


  • Assist in the logistics office

  • Manage all logistics operation including materials and

    transportation system to ensure timely and cost-effective

    delivery.

  • Track and follow up shipments including in-bound and

    out-bound

  • Manage the entire documentation concerning shipments for

    accurate record keeping and archival

  • Liaise with cinemas on Recovery of Film Materials and

    arrange export back to studios.

  • Ensure inventory management in store

  • Develop reports on Film Material Movement and Proper Use of

    Film Materials distributed

  • Develop logistical plans for current operations and

    logistics contingency plans.

  • Arrange Censorship (Payment, Application and proper

    communication on date and time of screenings between NFVCB and

    Cinemas)

  • Film Material Displays in the Office

  • Effective Trailer Distribution, Request of trailer list

    from cinemas, report on trailer list to Operations Manager.

  • Ensure entire distribution system is effective and

    efficient

Qualification


  • At least ND/NCE from any field.

  • Industrial Trainee can also apply.

  • Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in logistics

  • Age Range: 18-30years

  • Transportation – Knowledge of principles and methods for

Job Description

It includes but is not limited to the following:


  • Manage an effective billing system for all clients

  • Generating accurate and timely invoice and following up to

    ensure payment

  • Produce financial statements including profit and loss

    accounts, budgets, cash flows, monthly management accounts,

    variance analysis and commentaries.

  • Assist in the development of the annual/weekly/daily budget

    and periodic forecasting.

  • Calculation, presentation and payment of all Tax related

    activities including VAT, P.A.Y.E., With-Holding Tax, etc.

  • Report on company assets and liabilities including balance

    sheet account reconciliations and review of intangible assets.

  • Manage pay-rolling system from preparation to payment of

    staff salaries

  • Negotiating on major projects, loans, grants and manages

    capital expenditure.

  • Provide management reporting for decision-making, including

    project appraisal, evaluation and post-implementation analysis.

  • Create a suitable environment and record keeping systems

    for external auditors to effectively deploy audit exercise.

  • Manage clients and their debt profile to recover debts and

    keep debt profile within accepted threshold.

  • Manage trainee accountants, including day-to-day

  • Perform necessary reconciliations with Bank and Clients as

    at when due.

Qualification


  • HND/B.Sc in Accounting or a related field.

  • ICAN, ACCA or CIMA will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • To ensure that project funds are managed in a timely and

    accurate manner.

  • To oversee and coordinate ongoing project costs with

    Project Managers and other personnel to ensure that all

    financial aspects of project execution are on track.

  • Assist with management reporting, financial statement

    preparation and budgets.

  • Prepare and review of monthly, quarterly and yearly

    reports.

  • Prepare and review cash flow projections

  • Prepare and manage projects budget, monitor execution and

    deploy variance analysis.

  • Monitors and documents the financial status of a company’s

    projects and portfolios.

  • Assist with the formation of new projects.

  • Report on project profitability or the lack of it to

    management.

  • Assist with supervision of Staff Accountants.

  • Provide ongoing financial risk analysis and recommendations

    of risk management strategies.

  • Takes responsibility for gathering information and setting

    up projects

  • Reviews and analyzes the financial condition of each

    project on a monthly basis and advise the Project Manager,

    Financial Controller /Management as to any material variances.

  • Reviews weekly financial reports and brings any significant

    issues to the attention of the Project Manager/Management.

  • Prepare financial statements and reconciliations and review

    invoices to make sure the project is on budget before passing

    them along to the Project Manager for approval.

  • To analyze and assess the costing, profitability, and

    performance of the organization in order to produce.

  • To work closely with project managers to devise the budget,

    facilitate the billing process and perform cost assessments for

    a particular project or portfolio reports.

  • Take part in the executive decision-making process, often

    providing financial analysis on which management may base

    decisions about product development and other matters.

  • Identify key factors and financial indicators that must be

    considered when evaluating the current and long-term financial

    performance.

  • Ensure financial guidelines are followed and best practices

    in financial management are maintained.

Qualification


  • HND/BSC in Accounting, Finance or a related field

  • A master’s degree in accounting is an added advantage

  • Professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA)IS A MUST

  • Professional certificate such as Certified Management

    Accountant, Cost Accountant or a related certificate will be an

    advantage.

  • Experience in project management, cost accounting, auditing

    and taxation, budgeting, financial planning and financial

    analysis IS A MUST.

  • PMP or Prince 2 Certification or training will be an added

    advantage

  • Experience: At least 5-7years accounting experience of

    which 3-4years is in project management or cost accounting,

    auditing and taxation, budgeting, financial planning, and

    financial analysis.

Skills, Knowledge and Competency:


  • Must be result oriented

  • Proficient in Accounting Package including Project

    Management Software and MS Office Tools Application (MS Word,

    Excel, Outlook, Power point etc.)

  • Demonstrated analytical ability (analyzed project

    expenditures, project profitability and any project cost

    allocations)

  • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations

    and respond to changes in priorities.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and

    strong organizational skills.
