REQUIREMENTS

Sound post graduate degree in Social or Management Sciences or LawMBA or professional qualification/membership of ICSA, ICAN, CIPM, NIM and other recognized bodies will be an advantageNot less than 18 years post graduate experience out of which 10 years should be in management positionSound knowledge that will drive the administrative processes of a private university for maximum efficiency and effectivenessEffective and efficient implementation of policies approves by the governing councilEntrepreneurial skills, result orientation, ability to read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, legal documents, operating instructions and procedure manualsExcellent analytical and problem solving skils; communication skills; interpersonal and relationship skills; organizational skills and motivation to work on self initiative; presentation and negotiation skills
