v B.sc/B. Eng/HND in Quantity Surveying
v 7 – 10 years post NYSC cognate experience in Quantity Surveying & Construction projects
v Registration with NIQS will be an advantage
v Excellent Project planning & project management skills
v Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v Strong computer literacy especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
v Effective time management and leadership skills
v Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
SITE DESIGNERREQUIREMENTS
v B.sc/B. Eng/HND in Civil Engineering
v 3 – 5 years post NYSC cognate experience in Civil Engineering and construction projects
v Excellent project planning and project management skills
v Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with a team
v Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v Strong computer literacy especially in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and other relevant software
v Ability to design and detail structural components
v Good knowledge of architectural drafting
v Effective time management and leadership skills
v Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
v Ability to travel pan Nigeria
TRAINEE ENGINEERREQUIREMENTS
v B.sc/B. Eng/HND in Civil Engineering with 2.1 or upper credit
v Must be able to work in a team
v Must be proficient in mathematics and analytical subjects
v Excellent interpersonal skills
v Must be a quick observer and ready to learn new things
PROCUREMENT OFFICERREQUIREMENTS
v Preferably female who is a fresh graduate
