Job Purpose:
The Bids and Tenders manager prepares and submit Qualitative Prequalification, Technical and Commercial Tenders for the Company.
Representation of Company in deliberations, Seminars and exhibitions. This role also plan, direct, supervises and control the Business Development Department and Staff.
Key Result Areas Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Liasion with other Nestoil Offices and other Departments.
- Liasion with Subcontractors / jiont bidders.
- Liasion with Client / public Relations.
- Manage the day to day administrative operations of the department
- Ensure proper delegation of duties and functions to other members of the department
- Facilitate preparation and delivery of competitive bids and tenders
- Facilitate preparation of Company promotional slogan, leaflets and profiles
- Represent Company in deliberations with Clients, Government Agencies and Subcontractors.

Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
Bsc. Business Administration Advance Business Management required.
Experience:
3-5 years of bids and tenders management or supervisory experience.
