JOB TITLE: BIDS AND TENDERS MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: Okija, Anambra State
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bids and Tenders manager prepares and submit Qualitative Prequalification, Technical and Commercial Tenders for the Company.
Representation of Company in deliberations, Seminars and exhibitions. This role also plan, direct, supervises and control the Business Development Department and Staff.
KEY RESULT AREAS MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison with other Nestoil Offices and other Departments.
Liaison with Subcontractors / joint bidders.
Liaison with Client / public Relations.
Manage the day to day administrative operations of the department
Ensure proper delegation of duties and functions to other members of the department
Facilitate preparation and delivery of competitive bids and tenders
Facilitate preparation of Company promotional slogan, leaflets and profiles
Represent Company in deliberations with Clients, Government Agencies and Subcontractors.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have:
Bsc. Business Administration Advance Business Management required.
3-5 years of bids and tenders management or supervisory experience.
Applicants must Have (apart from the above):
Quality management system skills.
Team player with excellent personnel management and supervisory skills.
Strong communications skills to work across departments and with various levels of management.
General computer skills (Use of Engineering Software) including the ability to learn inventory systems
Leadership and organizational skills.
Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
Journey Management /Project Management ability
Costing and Estimation skills
