Responsibilities
Promoting the organization’s product to
costumers in assigned location
Ensure stocking and movement of all organization’s
products in the region.
Tender business and Key accounts management
Organize and manage PR activities with the aim of
improving our relationship with
"more">customers
Prospect for new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with key customers, opinion
leaders, suppliers etc
Provide timely feedback to the company on marketing
intelligence.
Uphold the image of the company by being good
ambassadors, ensuring that sales activities at all times
comply with relevant legislation, ethical standards and
company policies and Values.

Roles and Responsibilities
The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
EXECUTIVE will be responsible for providing
marketing support to the company and assist with the
implementation of the marketing strategy with specific
objectives and targets as agreed. The BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEwill be responsible for specific
market promotions/campaigns as may be directed by the Business
Development Manager or the Head of Operations in the absence of
the BDM (e.g. venue specific campaigns and market storms or
promotional events.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include
the following
• Identify market opportunities and close new business deals in
accordance with corporate goals.
• To support the overall marketing objectives of the company
both externally and internally.
• Supply sufficient information to the Business Development
Manager or the Head of
• Operations in the absence of the BDM to enable effective
budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
• Build new clientele and maintain continuous business
relationship.
• Generate and manage calls and prepare daily report.
• Ensure consistent high standards of service and commitment to
customer total experience are met by team members.
• Assist Accounts Department with Corporate and Private Clients
debt recovery
• Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
and prepares periodic reports on achievements
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into
increased business.
• Initiate and make professional propositions to meet targets
for profitability and revenues.
• Manage Day to day business calls and marketing of the
company’s products/services.
• Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that
leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client
acquisition & sales revenue
• Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs
across multiple channels
• To undertake any reasonable duties at the request of the
Business Development Manager or the Head of Operations in the
absence of the BDM.
Qualification
2-4 years in marketing and sales experience with a
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent customer relationship and management.
Must be a good team player with excellent ability to
multi-task and able to adapt to varying situations.
He/ She must have the ability to keep abreast of the
trend in this field of expertise and make practical
application of specialized knowledge in everyday
situation.
Excellent report writing and presentation
skills.
Good Microsoft Office, excel and power point
usage.
A valid Driver’s license
Position: Risk Advisors
(Insurance)
The candidate will be responsible for providing services
to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling Life products
and other endowment packages.
He/ She shall be expected to:
develop and maintain a stable long-term
clientele base through direct marketing approach
make presentations to groups at corporate gatherings
and community groups on the subject of financial
planning
obtain underwriting approval by supervising completion
of application forms by clients
write concise and timely field report to unit head
using the MS office packages
He/ She must also:
be 29 years and Above
possess proficient computer skills
be able to meet set target and
deadlines
be self motivated
demonstrate good interpersonal skills
possess flare/passion for Marketing
REQUIREMENT:
OND/HND/BSC in any discipline
NYSC discharge/exemption certificate
