Job Title: SEO Specialist



Location: Nigeria



Job Summary


  • Managing SEO/SEM (PPC) advertising campaigns.

  • Monitoring and generating Web Analytics and Webmasters

    reports.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing

    campaigns.

  • Identifying, analyzing and implementing ideas to improve

    online customer experience and conversion rates through

    iterative, in-depth A/B and Multivariate testing.

  • Determine overall hierarchy of information based on end

    user needs (UX/IA optimization).

  • Performing keyword research in coordination with client

    business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover

    new opportunities as directed by the Head of Digital Marketing.

  • Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in coordinating

    elements and structure of websites and web pages.

  • Providing recommendations and execute strategies for

    content development in coordination with SEO goals.

  • Performing weekly report on campaigns performance.

Requirements


  • 5-7 years of experience working as an SEO Analyst or

    Specialist.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – required.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English.

  • Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

    campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and

    performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

    advertising campaigns.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target

    audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform

    and motivate.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google

    Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords

    campaigns

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development

Job Summary


  • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of

    all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing

    communications, and public relations activities, both external

    and internal.

  • Oversees development and implementation of support

    materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing,

    communications and public relations.

  • Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and

    public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and

    tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.

Primary Relationships


  • The position reports to the Managing Director and serves as

    a member of the senior management team.

Responsibilities



Marketing, Communications and Public Relations:


  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the

    success of – a comprehensive marketing, communications and

    public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s

    image and position within the marketplace and the general

    public, and facilitate internal and external communications;

    and, all Organization marketing, communications and public

    relations activities and materials including publications,

    media relations, client acquisition and so forth.

  • Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and

    position, assure consistent communication of image and position

    throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image

    and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.

  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and

    distribution of all Organization publications.

  • Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure

    regular contact with target media and appropriate response to

    media requests.

  • Act as the Organization’s representative with the media.

  • Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and

    electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo,

    brochures, etc.

  • Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical

    assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the

    marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.

  • Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications

    and public relations.

  • Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant

    market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.

    Monitor trends.

  • Leads projects as assigned, such as product-related

    marketing and special events.

Planning and Budgeting:


  • Responsible for the achievement of

    marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and

    financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in

    place related to these goals and objectives and report progress

    to the Managing Director and Board.

  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the

    marketing/communications/public relations program and its

    activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate

    performance.

  • Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and

    objectives to the Executive Director.

  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures

    necessary to the smooth operation of the

    marketing/communications/public relations function.

  • Planning for new launches: Develop a launch plan for each

    region within and outside Nigeria

  • Work with senior staff to develop and maintain a strategic

    perspective based on marketplace and constituent needs and

    satisfaction in organizational direction, program and services,

    and decision-making; and, ensure the overall visibility of the

    Organization.

  • Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission

    and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the

    organization.

  • Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the

    Organization’s key Constituencies regarding the quality of

    programs and services and the Organization’s relevance.

  • Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the

Qualifications



Required:


  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design

    and execution of marketing,communications and public relations

    activities

  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and

    personal sales skills.

  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring,

    training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.

  • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases,

    making presentations and negotiating with media.

  • Must have experience working in Nigeria

  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print

    materials and publications.

  • Computer literacy in word processing, data base management

    and page layout.

  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in

    cross-functional teams.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

  • Minimum of 7- 10 years experience in Marketing,

    Communications or Public Relations with demonstrated success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public

    Relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is

    desirable.

  • Maintain an appropriate record of access control

  • Coordinate activities to ensure that all security

    procedures for the protection of company personnel/visitors and

    company assets, information, property and business operations

    activities.

  • Manage all emergency responses.

    team and Nigerian Police).
