REQUIREMENT
B.Sc. (Eng) Electrical Engineering
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must have experience in the following:
• PLC programming using Siemens software’s (Siemens S7, WINCC FLEXIBLE, WINCC EXPLORER, PROTOCOL) for machine automation or modification
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain various TIC/PID controllers, frequency drive inverters and process instrument
• Installation/Calibration/Setting of parameters of various temperature/pressure indicating controller
• Calibration of proportional valves, i.e. Spirax Sarco, Deufra, Samson Valves. www.nigrianbestforum.com
• Maintain and install purely pneumatic controlled equipment such as Diaphragm pump, Air actuated valves etc.
• Maintain process equipment such as; Milk and Tomato Pasteurizers, Product Sterilizers, Filling and Seaming lines
• Maintain and troubleshoot fully automatic packing machines • Maintain and repair of various production line printers
