Job Summary

The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for serving

the customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries;

resolving problems; fulfilling requests and maintaining

database



Responsibilities


  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information,

    researching, locating and providing information

  • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information;

    completing transactions and forwarding requests.

  • Maintains call center database by entering information.

  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and

    exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing

    solutions and escalating unresolved problems.

Qualification and Experience

Experience/Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 (one) year work experience in customer

    service.

  • Conversant with e-commerce.

  • Possess online buying experience & be familiar with USA

    & UK sites.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Target driven and proactive.

  • Must be a good team player, must be innovative and

    proactive

  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Technology savvy

  • Good people skill with ability to communicate effectively.
