Job Summary
The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for serving
the customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries;
resolving problems; fulfilling requests and maintaining
database
Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information,
researching, locating and providing information
- Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information;
completing transactions and forwarding requests.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and
exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing
solutions and escalating unresolved problems.
Qualification and Experience
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 (one) year work experience in customer
service.
- Conversant with e-commerce.
- Possess online buying experience & be familiar with USA
& UK sites.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Target driven and proactive.

- Must be a good team player, must be innovative and
