position of:
Job Title: Contact Center Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for direct engagement with internal and
external customers through all channels of engagement –
telephone, email, live chat and social media;
- Escalate all issues as required to relevant teams and units
for prompt resolution.
- We would require candidates with multilingual skills
(Ability to speak Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo).
- Respond promptly to enquiries, requests and complaints
accordingly.
Basic Requirements
- University graduate with a minimum of 2:2 grade
- Based in Lagos
- Proficient in English language (Oral and Written)
- Not older than 26 years.
- Must have concluded NYSC.
Required skills and competencies include but are not limited
to the following:
- Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office
tools/Applications.
- Ability to multi- task and work under minimal supervision.
- Good Customer Service skill
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
- Basic Telephone and email etiquette.
- Innovative and Problem solving ability.
