Job Title: Zonal Medical Manager
Qualification: MBBS, MBA
Location: Lagos
Job Schedule :
o Prompt submission of monthly capitation
o Appropriate adjudication, negotiation of claims
o Timely treatment of pre-authorization requests and codes
o Sufficient and effective deployment of monitoring/quality
assurance tools
o Effective provider visitation and proper reporting of visits
and Quality Assurance tools utilized in weekly report.
o Effective use of computer to analyze report and submit
reports.
Job Title: Marketing Officer
Job Description
Qualification: HND, B.Sc. (any discipline), possession of
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Location: Lagos
Job Schedule :
o Effective and productive marketing of company products
o Ability to retain and win new clients
o Effective use of computer to analyze report and submit
reports.
Personal Characteristics/Skills desired for position
– Strong knowledge of the HMO industry
– Able to keep and interpret company policy
-Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the
ability to learn new systems/programs quickly!
– Strong analytical, investigative and organizational
skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Must be able to work sometimes long hours during the busy
periods
– Ability to prioritize, handle pressure & responsibility,
and work within deadlines strongly emphasized
-Able to write and submit report as at when due
-HMO working experience will be an added advantage
