We require the services of:
Position: Human Resources &
Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
This role is responsible for developing and
implementing polices and processes which would drive key
Strategic Human Resource Management themes such as: Sourcing
& Selection (Recruitment); Performance Management and
Training & Development.
It is also responsible for ensuring a working
environment that is enabling of optimal productivity.
Organizational Relationships:
The Human Resources & Admin. Manager reports
directly to the CEO and oversees the Administrative
Team.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Human Resources & Admin Manager
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Direct involvement and oversight of the Sourcing and
Selection process;
Creation and implementation of Training and Development
initiatives;
Developing and implementing accountability-enhancing
Performance Mgt. process;
Ensuring that a safe and optimum work environment is
maintained at all times;
Providing effective and enabling leadership for his or
her team.
Key Performance Indicators:
Quality of Service Provided
The Person
The person should have a minimum of 4 years working
experience in a Strategic Human Resource Management
role.
He/she must be energetic and mentally agile.
The person should also have a pleasant personality and
must be passionate about people’s well-being and
growth.
Key Competency Requirements
Technical Core:
Competency-based Sourcing and Selection skills
Effective training design; development; delivery;
evaluation; and administration skills
Ability to evaluate performance periodically and
initiate changes, as necessary
Policy and process development; communication; and
implementation abilities
Strategic leadership i.e. ability to provide quality
guidance and direction through planning, monitoring and
reviewing
Technical Non-Core:
Excellent verbal and written communication and
presentation skills
Commendable knowledge of safety and conducive practices
for work environments
Working Knowledge of Security Management
processes
Ability to manage data optimally to aid evidence-based
decision making Behavioral
Strong flair for process creation, implementation and
review
Strong passion for people and organizational
development
High level comfort with mentoring and growing
others
Demonstrable integrity in both words and deed
Effective coordination and excellent judgment
