Job Title: Head, Corporate Culture Management
Introduction to the Role
As Head of Corporate Culture Management, you work directly with
the CEO and the Head of Strategy and Business Development. The
Head of Corporate Culture Management works to ensure that we
design client corporate culture to meet specification.
A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
1. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years previous
Corporate Culture experience with at least 2 years in a
supervisory capacity
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
3. Ability to work well under pressure, to meet changing
priorities and deadlines
4. Strong supervisory skills and ability to handle questions
and problems in a timely manner
5. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and
external affiliates and clients
6. Strong organizational skills
7. Accuracy and attention to detail
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Introduction to the Role
As Customer Service Executive, you work directly with the Head
of Customer Rights Protection and Business Development Manager.
The Customer Service Executive ensures that the customer’s
problems are resolved in record time and with professionalism.
A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
1. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous
Customer Service experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3. Ability to work well under pressure, to meet changing
priorities and deadlines
4. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and
external affiliates and clients
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Accuracy and attention to detail
Job Title: Business Development Officer
Introduction to the Role
As Business Development Officer, you work directly with the
Head of Customer Rights Protection and Business Development
Manager. The Business Development Officer designs suitable
solutions to client problems.
A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
