Oil and Gas Job- Nigeria LNG Job Vacancy for Aviation Engineering Superintendent

AVIATION ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

REF: HRP/2011/007

LOCATION: BONNY

The appointee will provide safe and efficient Aviation services to meet customer expectations whilst complying fully with National Aviation regulations and company safety and technical standards.

The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide fixed and rotary wing aircraft services to meet Company needs including maintenance of facilities, scheduling, booking and passenger processingManage aviation contracts within approved budget and in line with business requirementsEnsure aircraft maintenance and operational standards and deliveryEnsure compliance with HSE guidelines regarding aviation activitiesEnsure inspection of helipad, airstrip and other aviation facilities in accordance with national and company requirementsMaintain comprehensive records of aviation audits, recommendations, incidents, findings, actions and deviationsProvide aviation technical input for new projects and upgrade of existing facilitiesLiaise with other stakeholders on joint aviation activitiesLiaise with NCAA and other National Aviation agencies to maintain appropriate licences and approvals

The right candidate should:

Be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Airline Transport PilotHave a minimum of 15 years aviation experience out of which 5 years should have been spent in a QA / Chief Engineer / Management position.Have experience as a flight safety officer/ safety auditor and possess good understanding of structured Quality and Safety Management systemsHave sound knowledge of relevant Nigerian and International industry regulatory standardsPossess good communications, negotiation and relationship management skillsNot be more than 40 years
