FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
• Ensure proper financial management and upkeep of all financial records
• Ensure proper administrative management and upkeep of all company marketing and operational records
• Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the accountant in financial planning and management
• Carrying out payments in respect of all financial transactions
• Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
• Book hotels, flights, and other travel details for company employees
• Petty cash disbursement
• Create budget and reconciliation of accounts
• Updates all marketing information on the electronic platform
• Dispatch of all mails: electronic and hard copy
• Maintenance of office stationery and supplies
• Maintenance of office equipment and facilities
• Responsible for the production of all administrative documents
• Responsible for all filing – electronic and hardcopy
• Excellent front desk and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum BSc in any related field, Administration and Finance
• Knowledge of preparing booking keeping Accounts
• Must be excellent with MS Excel, MS Word
• Must be reliable, extremely organised, and possess good time keeping skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
