Responsibilities
Drive Sales and Revenue throughout the region mainly on a direct basis whilst having an eye on Company’s profitability targets.Engage with key Operator Groups (MTN Group, Airtel Africa, Africel, Etisalat, Millicom and others) and other key MNOs throughout the region.Maintain close links with key internal stakeholders to ensure your region is properly represented and aligned to new product development.Manage business expectation to ensure revenue, booking quotas and other key objectives are met.Act as focal point for contract negotiations and all commercial discussions closely supported by key management and legal resources.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes so that individual can adapt and change accordingly to market trendsManage Sales in the AFRICA region from start-up to established growth. Provide guidance and leadership to other team members as part of a global distributed support Team.Lead by example and have ability to deliver high quality written and spoken work.The position reporst to GM for the EMEAI Region
