SENIOR CHARTER ADMINISTRATOR (FLEET PERFORMANCE MONITORING)

The candidate will be required to assist in the administration of the Charter Party Agreements by collating data to track and report vessel/fleet performance in line with the company KPIs and standards set in the Charter Party Agreements
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Collation of data for measuring vessel performance against charter party performance indices.Vessel operations and HSE monitoring and reporting.Assist in Shipping Capacity PlanningProduction of weekly, monthly and annual departmental reports.Assist in monitoring fleet expenditure, with a view to exercising budgetary control and discipline.Assist in developing departmental annual budgets.The right candidate should:
Possess a minimum of Class 2 Certificate of Competency (Foreign Going) in either Marine Navigation or Marine Engineering.Possess 5 – 10 years sea going experience on LNG carriers or Foreign Going Oil Tankers.Have shore experience in shipping or terminal operations as an added advantagePossess good interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.Not be more than 35 years old.Application Deadline: 22nd Sep. 2011
