Academic Requirements
Candidate must possess LLB and BLAn LLM or MBA will be an added advantageCandidate must have fifteen (15) years working experience, five of which should be in senior management position in a reputable organisationTechnical Requirements
The successful candidate must have expertise in legislation and judicial systemsS/he will manage inquiries & disciplinary proceduresS/he will manage & coordinate external Legal Service provisionCandidates should also have relevant experience working with the board of an organisation (e.g. as a Company Secretary)The successful candidate will also manage relationships with StakeholdersBehavioral Requirements
The ideal candidate must subscribe to strict standards of quality and accuracyS/he must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with colleagues with diplomacy while ensuring rules and regulations are strictly adhered toThe ideal person should possess functional interpersonal networks across a range of industriesRemuneration
