PURPOSE
· To Oversees shift overall performance to optimal target
· To coordinates the working resources effectively to achieve the performance goal
· To organize the various areas in the section to efficient operation.
· To ensure focus on performance quality/quantity/cost and profitability.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
· Ensure shift planned production achievement.
· Ensure performance during the shift conforms to both quality and organization standard.
· Enforcement of IS022000 standard is maintained.
· Ensure total cGMP practice monitoring and compliance
· Cost control through staff attendance monitoring and time management.
· Maintain adequate handing over between the shifts
· Enforce discipline among the shift team.
· Able to take full responsibility of the shift performance
· Regular shift performance update to all the stakeholders
Accountabilities
· To keep the Man Hour/1000Lts at not more than 11unit
· To reduce Staff Overtime below N5,000 per staff/Month
· Improve Hygiene score to 98% acceptable Standard
· Good account of the shift performance review and documentation.
· Staff attendance Record.
· Mixed and Yield report for the Shift.
· ISO22000 Compliance in the Shift.
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Operator should possess BSc/HND Food Science/Technology Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in Food Related Organization.Possess Computer competence in Microsoft application
