CUSO International, an international volunteer development organization based in Cross River, invites application for the following position for the Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Access and Development (YOULEAD) Project:
PROJECT TEAM LEADERREQUIREMENTS
ª A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree and/or relevant training in areas related to the project are asset
ª Not less than 3 years experience in project, staff, grant and financial management working with an international organization (annual budget of C$ 1m)
ª International volunteer management experience is an asset
ª Not less than 5 years experience in programming in natural resource and agricultural sectors in the youth entrepreneurship and secure livelihoods.
ª Experience in working with the private sector in development programming
ª Experience in programming in eco-tourism is an advantage
ª Excellent leadership, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
ª Excellent written and oral communication skills
ª Ability to be flexible as demands and priorities change
ª Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office applications
