Job Description:
Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web. Deal with and respond to all customers contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels. Process customer refunds using website back end system. Produce reports as requested using relevant systems. Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment. Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.Method of Application
