Territorial Coordinators/Regional Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Regional Branch Manager in a Microfinance BankQualification: B.A. BSc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical.

Business Branch Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Marketing Officer in a Microfinance Bank or other related fields.Qualification: OND, B.A, B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Fmance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Credit Administration Officers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit appraisal based on sound credit skillsVerification of loan clients and guarantorsDisbursement of loansEnsure compliance of credit policies and procedures of the bankEnsure proper loan documentation

REQUIRED QUAUFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Credit Administration Officer of a Microfinance BankQualification: BA, B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.MCIB is an added advantage,Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Head - Loan Recovery Unit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESS

Implementiqg the loan recovery policies and proceduresUse of initiative to negotiate and implement the best recovery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in Loan Recovery unit of a Microfinance BankQualification: B.A, B.Sc. or HND In Business Administration, 8anking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.Excellent communication, analytical and Investigation skills

Audit Officers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review of audit trailPerform compliance test on the policies and procedures of the bank and other regulatory requirements.Snap/spot checks on all deposit and loan clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must possess a minimum of 1 vear working experience as an Audit Officer in a mlcrofinance bank or other related fieldsQualification: B.A, 8.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.Excellent communicationAnalytical and Investigation skillsFraud and Operational Risk knowledge

Information Technology Officers

RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLES:

Assist in developing and implementing the bank's Information Technology strategySupport the administration and maintenance of user profile on the network using active directoryAssist System Administration and support on Equinox Orbit banking softwareSetting up of Product classes ranging from Deposits to loan classes on Equinox OrbitGenerating statutory reports and other reports as required by managementEnsuring the maintenance and adequate back-up of the bank's databaseSupport m developing and implementing the bank's mailing systems including the website and intranetEnsuring the smooth operation of the bank through the provision of cutting edge technology

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a good first degree in Computer Science or related field HND from reputable institutionsMust have good knowledge of Equinox Orbit banking softwareMust have 2 years experience in the Information Technology department of a financial institutionNot above 30 years
