HSE Officer & Human Resources Manager at a Salt manufacturing company based in Lagos April 2014

A reputable salt manufacturing company based in Lagos seek the services of diligent and qualified personnel in the following positions:
Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment Officer
Responsibilities:
Should have sound knowledge of HSE-MS administration.
To have strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills, prudent, result
orientated and a team player.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point.
Should have HSE knowledge in the area of regulations and application of codes of practice.
Should have cognate experience in the management of HSE in a process industry.
Should have sound knowledge of auditing, environmental quality standards, environmental laws, environmental regulations and permits processes.

Qualifications:

BSc degree in (Science or Engineering) with a certificate or Diploma in safety management.
Must have 5 years working experience in a process industry.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
To obtain and maintain an efficient workforce.
To coordinate human relations and human capital development.
To keep efficient and accurate records of personnel
To develop effective personnel policies, welfare programmes etc.
To liaise with the workers Union on demands and maintain cordial industrial relations.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point.
Qualifications:
BSc degree in Business Administration and management with 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry.
