Job description

We are looking for a very strong and experienced business developer to lead the development of the business. The tasks are not limited to the following:

• Develop and execute on a very solid go-to-market strategy


• Manage and execute the sales strategies and plan


• Develop plans for a massive customer acquisition


• Identify, Form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliances


• Establish partners, agents and channels


• Link between the market, sales, customers and the product development team


• Manage key clients and partners


• Implement key performance metrics, KPIs, tracking and monitoring tools and procedures


• Implement and execute on brilliant marketing strategies …digital,


• media, traditional, events, etc


• Recruit marketers, train them and send them to the field to sale our products and services. Track and monitor their performances

You:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or similar


• Experience in financial technology/ financial industry / payments is an advantage


• Minimum of bachelor degree


• Expertise level on the use of IT technology, web, applications, ms office etc


• Sales, marketing and business development experience


• Team leadership and project management experience


• Strong communication skill


• Finance expertise is a plus
