- 3rd level Hospitality Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills and Media Skill
- Management Soft Skills, Leadership and Delegation
- Health and Safety training/awarenes
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of event management and of cause training will be given
Basic Experience in the following;
Organisational skills, report writing, e-mailing, compiling rosters and training plans, basic payroll administration, table plans, menus, Labour Cost Management, ordering, maintaining beverage/food percentages
