Liaise with key agencies including state and federal governments to ensure required support for the Fund’s programs & initiatives

Take inventory of all ongoing initiatives & agreements with the state government and identify opportunities for collaboration

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and implement strategy realization planning including recommending executions steps that will ensure seamless strategy execution via appropriate frameworks, relevant policies formulation etc.

Coordinate the process of conducting periodical, comparator, shareholder, and target beneficiaries analysis so as to identify opportunities for improvement

Conduct the research, collation, analysis and assessment of marketing information/indices that would provide adequate back-up and support for the Fund’ decision

Analyse macroeconomic trends and distil its implications identify investment opportunities

Facilitate the conduct of environment/market research surveys and market intelligence activities

Design and implement strategies and mechanisms to safeguard the Fund’s financial assets

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and implement the Fund’s HR strategy in line with the overall organizational goals and objectives

Prepare the department’s annual budget and monitor its implementation

Coordinate activities involved in sourcing for qualified internal and external applicants as well as determine applicant suitability for available vacancies and recommend suitable vacancies

Review/ maintain/ update the Fund’s structure, job descriptions and manning levels in line with the Fund’s need and requirement

Coordinate staff placement on the Fund’s structure and development of career and succession

Design and prepare the organization’s communications in various media to reflect the Fund’s brand identity

Develop a suite of effective communications materials,segmented by target audience

Finance

Oversee and drive the development of the company’s financial strategy, work plans and programs, to ensure alignment with its strategy, goals and objectives

Oversee management and financial reporting in line with relevant statutory requirements

Oversee the development of the Fund’s corporate budget and the allocation of financial resources

Develop legal frameworks capable of supporting the strategic objectives of the organization

Provide comprehensive secretarial service to the Fund and support the Head Corporate Services and the Executive Secretary

Provide the Board with all requisite information, enabling them to discharge their functions in an effective manner

Organize Board meetings, AGMs, Board committee meetings for the Fund and provide custodian services for all documents requiring safe keeping
