Vege Growers is an organic vegetable farm located in Ijebu axis of Ogun State. We are starting up with a one hectare and we have a plan to grow into a ten hectares farm in the first quarter of 2017.

Overall responsibility for farm administration and processes.Plan farm finances and maintain all financial recordsDevelop and implement vegetables growing schedules to ensure maximum profitsEnsure production of organic, safe and high quality vegetablesMonitor soil fertility and water qualityManage compost pileMonitor the incidence of pest and diseases and make efforts to prevent their occurrenceResponsible for managing staffMarketing farm produceEnsure compliance to the farm’s HSE policyAssess the farm’s risk exposures and suggest appropriate insurance policies to be subscribed toMake contingency plans to manage exposure to weather risks;Responsible for the maintenance of farm assetsResponsible for procuring all farm inputsRemuneration
