B.sc in any of Food Sciences & Technology, Chemical Engineering or ChemistryNot more than 40 years of ageMust be computer literateNot less than 5 years working experience in a biscuit manufacturing companyQUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

B.sc in Food Science & Technology or B.sc in ChemistryNot more than 35 years of ageMinimum of 5 years working experience in a FNCG (preferably biscuit/confectioneries) manufacturing companyMust have adequate knowledge of commercial and regulatory requirements, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of biscuitsGood working knowledge of HACCP,Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure and properties od substances and of the chemical processes and transformation that they undergoThis includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques an disposal methods, etc
