We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Engagement Manager

Job Location: Abuja
Reports to: Senior Manager, Management Consulting Division

Main Function

Manage and deliver external and internal training, development activities in accordance with organisational requirements. Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within the Company.

Role Responsibility

Administration of Training ProgrammesDeveloping training and other cross-cutting proposals for various projectsDeveloping detailed implementation framework for various projectsConducting in-depth research for organisational and client needsManaging various assigned projects in the divisionManage tasks and schedule of divisions internsManage designated projects and clientsDevelop training modules for clients and coordinate designated trainingsDesigning and coordinating effective induction programs for new DCP employeesSending weekly and other periodic reports to supervisorAmending and revising training programs as necessary in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment for DCP and other clientsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

A good degree in Social Sciences or HumanitiesA Master’s Degree is highly recommended
