Reports To

    Scaffold Supervisor, Superintendent  and Manager

Personnel reporting directly to this position

Purpose

    The scaffolding foreman is a working foreman     Make sure the JSA,S and toolbox talks have been done correctly and are in place     Make sure the scaffolders are working safely and to the right standards and procedures

Key aims and objectives

    Safety of all personnel     Lead  scaffold  team  to erect  dismantle modify  all types  of scaffolding

Prime Responsibilities and Duties

    Make sure the work face is kept clean and tidy     Look with supervisor where scaffold needs erecting decide what materials will be needed arrange for forklift to bring materials from scaffold yard

Other Duties

    Make sure all his team are wearing the correct ppe

Reports

    Reports any issues he has to supervisor / superintendent

Job Requirements
The Person

    5+ years’ experience     Be able to lead scaffold team     Be able to erect dismantle modify all types of scaffolds tube and fittings and system to British standards BSEN12811-1
