REQUIREMENTS

Good university degree and appropriate Postgraduate qualificationsNot less than 15 years continuous cognate experience (after appropriate postgraduate qualifications), six years of which must have been spent in a university of similar tertiary educational institutionRegistration with relevant professional associationsAbility to know, interpret and apply the Public  Service Rules and RegulationsEvidence of effective job planning, staff management and control, human relations plus high sense of responsibility are essentialHonesty, personal integrity and poise for handwork are essential attributesAbility to communicate in French will be an advantageThe position is for 2 years in the first instance
