REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline; Addition qualification or degree in any finance of business related discipline will be an advantageNot less than 8 years post qualification experience out of which a minimum of 5 must be in the financial services industry and at least 3 at the senior management levelEvidence that candidate possess proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the microfinance certification program and obtained a certificate in microfinance banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)Minimum of 2 years international experience desirable, relevant exposure working in the region will be an assetStart-up or expansion experience in the financial sector (Microfinance Banking) highly desirableDemonstrated business acumen in a highly dynamic environment is essentialProven experience preferably within banking or microfinance environmentStrong computer literacy, particularly in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Experienced with core banking systems and good understanding of IS issues and the role of IS in financial and business managementFluency in English is requiredProven ability o recruit, train, mentor effective and motivated staff membersHEAD OF OPERATIONS (JOB CODE: RGMFB 002)HEAD OF CREDIT AND MARKETING (JOB CODE RGMFB 003)HEAD OF INTERNAL CONTROL (JOB CODE RGMFB 004)HEAD RISK MANAGEMENT (JOB CODE RGPMFB 005)HEAD OF FINANCE AND ADMIN (JOB CODE: RGMFB 006)REQUIREMENTS
